My overall experience was positive. It consisted of 3 phone interviews (recruiter, peer, and hiring manager) and then flying to corporate for 5 in person interviews. The process was easy and while they asked tough questions, it was definitely them determining if I was a good fit.
Offer and Negotiation Experience
I wanted a new opportunity and was ready for my next chapter. Also after interviewing I realized that a few people I knew had also recently joined the organization so I asked for their advice and experience on how it was going. Their experiences were positive which gave me a lot of confidence.
